The Cabinet Committee for Economic Ministries has increased the MSP of crops on 4th June. The head of this committee is himself Prime Minister Narendra Modi. They have historically increased the minimum support price of Kharif crops.

This decision is going to be the biggest benefit to those farmers who sell their crops at government price. Although the number of such farmers is around 5 per cent, the farmers still have big profits after this.

 

According to the decision taken by the government on June 4, the maximum benefit is that the farmers of Moong, Sunflower farmers and cotton farmers are going to get it. According to the government decision, for the crops of 2018-19 kharif, the minimum amount of paddy, jowar, millet, ragi, table, tur, moong, urad, peanut, sunflower seeds, soybean, sesame, Niger seed and cotton The support price has been increased.
